  1. Needle scaler! A tool I never heard of–and it does such a cool job of cleaning that metal. Does it make a tough job easier–or is it still a pain? Now what could I use one on 🙂

  2. I’m going to go with the sandblasting accessorie for a pressure washer route. Needle scalers are great, also you can shape the ends of the needles to suit your need. Round tips gouge the metal less.

    1. We also made good use of the pressure washer sandblaster option. It really worked great for cleaning off loose paint and bits of rust. There were a few areas with really thick flaking paint and stubborn rust that the needle scaler really took care of. It’s definitely a tool to be careful with as it can be pretty hard on the underlying material.
