  1. Great Blog, just a idea for consideration for additional items that may needed for the interior of the living quarters to keep the whole build reasonably priced. Look at Insurance Auto Auctions and buy a minor rolled over Travel trailer to get the following items out of (water heater, stove, stove vent, shower, toilet, AC/DC/Generator converter- Breaker panel, TV antenna, AC, heater, some piping, or just the fittings, ceiling vents, ect…) I just bought a 2006 Northwood rollover (set on it’s side for $325 in Phoenix.

You have to select Public buyer, and there is a $200 yearly fee. But if your doing a build like this it can save you thousands of dollars. During my last Military vehicle trailer build I bought everything new, and learned I could have saved. I looked at the photos of the salvaged ones, and identified what I need, and what I can sell to get my money back so everything I have is free for only my labor.

Keep up the great thread. I am enjoying your postings and excellent work on this truck.
